Colours, Outfits and Packaging
Fur colours. Classic teddy shades — brown, caramel, cream and white — are the most widely stocked and the quickest to turn around. Other colours, including a closer match to your brand palette, can be sourced on larger runs.
Outfits. Branded T-shirts, hoodies and scarves in your brand colour, printed or embroidered with your logo. On larger runs, fully custom outfits can be made to match a uniform or a mascot.
Packaging. Poly bag, printed gift box, or a ribboned presentation box. Packaging is often what turns a giveaway into a gift — worth costing both ways before you decide.

All branding is done in-house. Plush is an awkward surface — fur has pile and movement, and a logo needs either stitching or a flat printed panel to hold its shape — so the method matters more here than on most products.

Which one should you pick? Embroidery for a simple logo and a premium feel. A printed T-shirt for anything with gradients, fine text or more than three colours — embroidery will lose that detail. Send us your logo file and we will tell you honestly which will look better, and show you in the mockup.
Minimum Order and Pricing
There is no minimum order. This is the main thing that separates us from the other teddy bear suppliers in the UAE, most of whom will not quote below 100 or 250 pieces. If you need twelve bears for a clinic reception, we will supply twelve.
Price depends on the size of the bear, the branding method and the quantity. Larger runs bring the unit price down meaningfully, because the setup cost for embroidery is the same whether you order fifty or five thousand.

How Long It Takes
Ready-stock bears with embroidery or a printed tee: 24 to 48 hours once you approve the mockup. For urgent requirements, same-day is sometimes possible on selected ready-stock items — call and ask rather than assume.
Custom outfits, custom fur colours or imported bears take longer. We confirm the exact lead time with your quote, before you commit to anything.
Delivery: free anywhere in Dubai. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates are delivered for a charge based on the destination and the size of the order, confirmed with your quote.
If you have a fixed event date, tell us the date rather than the lead time you think you need. We will work backwards and tell you the latest day you can confirm.

- Send your logo. Vector preferred — AI, EPS or PDF. A high-resolution PNG works for printed methods. If all you have is a JPEG from a website, send it anyway and we will tell you what we can do with it.
- We send a free mockup. Your logo on the actual bear, at actual size, in position, in your colours. Embroidery is shown as it will stitch, not as a flat print — so what you approve is what arrives.
- Request a sample if the order is large. Physical samples are available before bulk production.
- Approve, and we produce. Nothing goes into production before you sign off the mockup.
